WHAT IS VITAL (blank journal)

this is something I created with my first album VITAL. one side of the journal is blank and the other is lined so you can create both in and outside the lines. 

It is something I use almost daily to journal and have traveled the world sharing the journal with YOU at shows. 

now you can have your own journal to fill out. I’m also starting the #AntiSocialExperiment and encourage you to send journals to your friends too. Make it a chain reaction of love
